2/28 HTH challenge

I needed a masculine Thank You card so this is what I came up with.

2/28 Mojo Monday

I really like this sketch. I wanted to use up this old ribbon so the color combo came from the ribbon.

2/23/11 Recipe

My friend Steph gave me this recipe a couple of years ago and it's the best!

Easy Burritos
1 lb. hamburger
1 onion, diced
1 can diced tomatoes with green chilis (Rotel)
1 can chili-no beans
shredded chedder
flour tortillas-burrito size

Toppings-cilantro, sour cream, chopped green onions, chopped tomatoes, lettuce

Brown hamburger with the onion and drain. Add the Rotel and chili and heat it up.
Spray a 9x13 pan with oil. Spoon meat mixture in the center of the tortilla and roll up. Place in pan with the seam side down. Top with cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 mins-just long enough to melt the cheese.

Top with lettuce and the rest of the ingredients.

Notecard box 2/20/11

This is the cutest thing I've seen in a long time. Kudos to Valerie Stangle for posting this on her blog:
www.valeriestangle.blogspot.com
This box holds 5 standard size cards and envelopes.

I used "Olivia" from CTMH and stamps from "Inspired stamps". This set is called "flowers".
The sentiments is also from "inspired stamps" and it is called "Perfect sentiments"
I colored them with copics and did my new favorite thing-drew aling around the edges with a black marker.

Need more info on "inspired stamsp"? Read my next post!

2/20/11 Esther's Bouquet

Isn't she cute? My former upline (and friend) Antoinette Herrin started her own clear stamp company (called "Inspired Stamps) and this is one of her stamps! I colored her with copics and used the new CTMH paper called "Olivia'.

I also used my new "Stampabilities" for the sentiment rectangle.

The sentiment is also fom "Inspired Stamps". It is called "Perfect Sentiments". I just love the font.

Here's Antoinette's info:

Please consider shopping from her. She has lots of scripture and inspirational sentiments along with cute flowers, tress and cute kids like Esther.
